- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk Cream Box2 unit(s)
- Dark Chocolate300 g
- Milk Chocolate170 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Beat the carrot, eggs and oil in the blender
- Add the sugar and wheat flour and beat
- Add the yeast little by little and mix with a spoon.
- Pour into a greased form and set aside
- Melt 100g semisweet chocolate and 80g milk chocolate
- Mix the melted chocolate with 1 box of cream and pour into the cake batter
- Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes
- To the roof: In a glass refractory, mix the remaining chocolate, butter and cream and microwave at high power every 30 seconds, removing then to stir until everything is melted.
- Let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes and apply it over the cake.
