Bata os ovos, o óleo e a cenoura no liquidificador até ficar homogêneo e reserve.

Beat the eggs, oil and carrot in a blender until smooth and set aside.

Em uma vasilha adicione a farinha de trigo, o açúcar e o amido de milho. Com uma colher mistura os ingredientes

In a bowl add the flour, sugar and cornstarch. With a spoon, mix the ingredients.

Adicione o líquido do liquidificador aos pouco nos secos e vá misturando até uniformizar. Adicione o fermento e mecha suavemente.

Add the liquid from the blender little by little to the dry ones and mix until uniform. Add the yeast and stir gently.

Coloque a mistura em uma forma untada, e leve ao fogo por 40 minutos ou até dourar
