  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 teaspoon
  • Monopol2 teaspoon
  • Milk200 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  1. Peel the carrots, chop them into cubes.
  2. Place in a blender along with the sugar, margarine and eggs and beat for 2 min just to dissolve the carrots well.
  3. After that put the mixture in the bowl of the mixer and add the flour little by little.
  4. Beat until a homogeneous mass.
  5. Grease the mold with margarine and place the mixture.
  6. Then put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  7. It takes about 30 minutes to get ready.
  8. Serve cold, can be served with chocolate ice cream is delicious.
