  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar300 mg
  • Flour4 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon

  1. Peel the carrot, cut into 3 pieces.
  2. Place the carrot in the blender.
  3. Add oil.
  4. Take a cup, put an egg if it's good put it in the blender and repeat the process with all the eggs. (Avoid losing the recipe).
  5. Place the sifted sugar in the blender.
  6. Turn on the blender and leave until everything is homogeneous.
  7. Place the mixture in a bowl.
  8. Add one cup of sifted flour at a time.
  9. Put the yeast in the spoon.
  10. Then, grease a large pan with oil and flour or butter. After greasing, put the mixture
  11. Then leave it in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
  12. You'll know if you got it right if it has a few spots on top, very yellow (almost mustard color) and it's very fluffy in the middle. (The best way to save is to leave no liquid and use more yeast.
