- Rice flour1 cup
- Baking powder (Well filled)1 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1/2 cup
- Beat the carrot and eggs in the blender until an homogeneous mass.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Grease a pan with a little oil and flour so the cake doesn't stick when it's unmoulded.
- Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for 30 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
