  • Medium carrots2 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oat flakes1 cup
  • Rice flour1 cup
  • Baking powder (Well filled)1 tablespoon
  • Demerara sugar1/2 cup
  1. Beat the carrot and eggs in the blender until an homogeneous mass.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Grease a pan with a little oil and flour so the cake doesn't stick when it's unmoulded.
  4. Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for 30 minutes.
  5. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
