  • Chopped Carrots1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Soybean oil1/2 cup
  • A pinch of salt1 to taste
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Milk50 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate powder8 tablespoon
  1. Place eggs, sugar, oil, salt and carrot in a blender and blend for 3 min until smooth. Add the wheat flour and beat quickly, just to mix. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. Place in a greased and floured shape and bake for 35 min at 180°C.
  2. Roof Place the milk, margarine, sugar and chocolate (I used Nescau) in a pan. Mix everything together and cook over low heat until it boils and thickens, stirring constantly. It's a sugary syrup. Place it still hot on the cake and it will dry and harden.
