- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Separate the yolks from the whites. reserve the whites.
- In a blender, beat the egg yolks, oil and carrots.
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff, set aside.
- In a bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Add the blender mixture and stir everything until smooth.
- Incorporate the snow whites very carefully so as not to lose the air
- Finally add the yeast and mix carefully.
- Transfer to a greased shape and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
- For the topping I made a brigadeiro using a can of condensed milk and a box of cream, with powdered chocolate.
