  • Chopped Carrot (1 and a half cup)11/2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar (1 and a half cup)11/2 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • condensed milk1/2 unit(s)
  • Chocolate powder 70%3 tablespoon
  1. Turn on your oven at 180°C to warm up and grease and flour your mold.
  2. In the blender: put the eggs, oil, sugar, salt and carrots. Beat for 2 min.
  3. Add the wheat and stir with a spoon or turn on the blender quickly, just until mixed (a few seconds). Place the yeast and pulse the blender or stir with a spoon.
  4. Reminder: wheat and yeast should not be mixed too much, so the dough doesn't get heavy! Place the dough in the mold and bake for 35 minutes
  5. Roof: Put the cream, condensed milk and chocolate powder in a pan over medium heat and stir until it reaches the consistency of a brigadier. Place over your finished cake.
