- In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil beat for 2 minutes.
- Add the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl or mixer, add the flour, cornstarch and mix.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spatula.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- Microwave the chocolate until melted. Check the consistency and mix.
- After melted, add the cream until you reach the point of your preference.
- Then just put it on top of the cake.
