  • Sugar2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Condensed milk2 cup
  • Nescau5 tablespoon
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Yeast2 tablespoon
  1. Wash and peel the carrots, cut them into small sizes and put them in a blender along with the oil, eggs and sugar.
  2. Let it beat for 5 minutes.
  3. Then, pour the liquid into a bowl and add the wheat and salt, mixing well until a homogeneous mass.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes before putting the yeast in the dough.
  5. Add the yeast and stir until everything is incorporated. Pour the dough in a greased shape with a little oil and wheat.
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Over medium heat, add the condensed milk, the cream and the nescau and stir non-stop until everything is cooked.
