- Soybean oil3/4 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- In a blender add the chopped carrots, eggs, sugar and oil, blend for approximately 5 minutes
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the flour little by little, carefully remaining aerated.
- Add the yeast and mix again
- Grease a pan with oil and flour (I usually use a 25x35cm pan)
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes
