  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar250 g
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2/1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Whole milk (syrup)1 cup
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Chocolate5 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Whisk the chopped carrots, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender. Whisk well until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
  2. Then put it in a bowl and mix with the wheat flour and the yeast.
  3. Unite a shape with margarine and wheat flour, pour the cake dough and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
  4. For the syrup, mix the milk, chocolate, sugar and margarine and cook over medium heat until it reaches a brigadeiro point.
  5. After the cake is baked and cooled, unmold and pour the syrup on top.
