  • medium chopped carrots2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender (except the yeast, bicarbonate and vinegar)
  3. Whisk until well blended
  4. Take everything to a bowl and add the yeast, mix well
  5. Then add the bicarbonate and vinegar and mix well.
  6. Take the dough to a greased and floured shape, if you wish add chocolate pieces
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
