medium chopped carrots2 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 cup
Sugar1 cup
Water1 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
Vinegar1 tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes
Put all the ingredients in the blender (except the yeast, bicarbonate and vinegar)
Whisk until well blended
Take everything to a bowl and add the yeast, mix well
Then add the bicarbonate and vinegar and mix well.
Take the dough to a greased and floured shape, if you wish add chocolate pieces
Bake for 40 minutes, until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Wait for it to cool and unmold.
