  • Chopped Carrots2 cup
  • Sugar (one and a half cups)1.1/2 cup
  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Wheat Flour (two and a half cups)2.1/2 cup
  • Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Put the carrot, oil, sugar, eggs to beat well in the blender.
  2. In a bowl add the wheat flour and place the liquid mixture from the blender and stir until smooth.
  3. Finally add the yeast, stir gently and bake.
  4. Preheated oven 180 degrees.
  5. Make a soft brigadeiro and add on top.
  6. Tip: to get very wet, pierce the cake with a straw, and put the brigadeiro.
