Eggs3 unit(s)
Chopped Carrots2 cup
Sugar (one and a half cups)1.1/2 cup
Oil3/4 cup
Wheat Flour (two and a half cups)2.1/2 cup
Organic Yeast1 tablespoon

Put the carrot, oil, sugar, eggs to beat well in the blender.
In a bowl add the wheat flour and place the liquid mixture from the blender and stir until smooth.
Finally add the yeast, stir gently and bake.
Preheated oven 180 degrees.
Make a soft brigadeiro and add on top.
Tip: to get very wet, pierce the cake with a straw, and put the brigadeiro.
