- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Whip the egg whites and set aside.
- Place the carrot, oil and egg yolks in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Then add the beaten ingredients, mix well, finally add the snow whites.
- On a lightly greased baking sheet, bake in a preheated medium oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick pierces and it comes out clean.
