  • Oil60 ml
  • Sugar80 ml
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Wheat1 cup
  • Coffee essence to taste
  • Dark chocolate1 cup
  • Chocolate3 tablespoon
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  1. Peel the carrot and put it in the blender. Add the eggs, sugar, oil and beat well until you get a homogeneous cream.
  2. Place in a bowl and mix in the flour. Then add the yeast and stir gently.
  3. If you want to fill - put half of the dough in the shape and semisweet chocolate shavings and cover with the rest of the dough. If you don't want it with stuffing, just put the dough and bake for 25 min.
  4. Greased and floured form. I used a loaf pan.
  5. For the ganache: put the chocolate in a pan with the butter and a little water. Stir until it thickens (it gets a thick and smooth syrup)
  6. Unmold the cake, put the syrup on top and good appetite 😚
