Bata no liquidificador os 4 ovos, 120 ml de óleo, 1 xícara de açúcar, e 2 cenouras                   Depois de batido, joguem em um recipiente e acrescente 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo e 1 colher de fermento, depois coloque pra assar. Recheio: 1 xícara de leite, 3 colheres de manteiga, 1 xícara de açúcar, 1/2 xícara de chocolate ( eu usei 50% cacau )  Coloque em uma panela e mistura até engrossar, quando estiver no ponto desligue o fogo e mexa por uns minutos até estar do jeito desejado, e depois só jogar no bolo e saborear.
