  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Sunflower or canola oil1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C for 15 minutes.
  2. In the blender place the cut carrots, eggs, oil, sugar.
  3. Beat until smooth. Make sure the carrots are well blended.
  4. Place the mixture in a bowl, and add the flour, salt, then add the yeast and stir again!
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured form.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes.
  7. Coverage if you prefer, it can be your preference, I made a brigadeiro! And with the cake still warm, I made holes with a straw, it can be a fork, and poured the icing and chocolate sprinkles on top.
  8. Délia, fluffy and melts in the mouth!
