  • Oil200 ml
  • Milk200 ml
  • Wheat flour300 ml
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate syrup to taste
  • Sugar200 to taste
  1. Place the peeled and cut carrots, eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the wheat flour and beat some more.
  3. Finally, add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
  4. Put it in a pudding shape, greased with butter and wheat flour and take it to the oven to bake for 30 minutes, at 180 degrees
  5. After roasting and cooling, unmold and cover with chocolate syrup.
