  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  1. Place the peeled and chopped carrots, the whole eggs and the olive oil in a blender, blend until creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl (can be the mixer bowl) place the wheat and sugar.
  3. Add the cream from the blender and beat for a few minutes.
  4. Place in a preheated oven to bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden.
