  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  1. In a bowl, sift the flour and set aside.
  2. In the blender, add the carrots cut into slices, the eggs, sugar and the oil and beat well.
  3. Add the mixture to the container with the sifted flour, mix well with the help of a whisk and add the yeast.
  4. Grease a roasting pan with a hole in the middle and throw the mixture, place it in the oven and let it bake until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, let it cool, unmold and serve.
