  • Carrot without peel250 g
  • Oil200 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Refined sugar290 g
  • Wheat flour220 g
  • Yeast8 g
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • Melted milk chocolate1/2 cup
  • Sour cream1/2 cup
  1. In a blender, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix with a spoon.
  3. Pour into a mold and place in a medium oven.
  4. For the topping, melt the chocolate bar in a microwave or in a bain-marie and add the cream and mix well. Place on top of the cake after cooling.
