Carrot without peel

1 pinch salt

No liquidificador, bata a cenoura, o óleo, os ovos e o açúcar até ficar homogêneo.

In a blender, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar until smooth.

Transfira para uma tigela, adicione a farinha, o fermento, o sal e misture com uma colher.

Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix with a spoon.

Despeje numa forma e leve ao forno médio.

Pour into a mold and place in a medium oven.

Para a cobertura derreta o chocolate em barra num micro-ondas ou em banho maria e adicione o creme de leite e misture bem. Coloque em cima do bolo depois de frio.

For the topping, melt the chocolate bar in a microwave or in a bain-marie and add the cream and mix well. Place on top of the cake after cooling.
