- Vanilla essence6 ml
- Wheat flour1 teaspoon
- Sugar to caramelize the shape3 teaspoon
- Dissolve the sugar in a pan and bring to a low heat, stirring until it caramelizes in the blender, beat the condensed milk, the milk, the eggs, the carrots, the vanilla essence and the flour, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add the whipped cream with the plums, divide in half and mix and pour the mixture into the caramelized mold in a bain-marie for 30min.
