- Dulce de Leche1/2 cup
- Milk Chocolate70 g
- White Chocolate70 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- In a pan, bring water, salt and butter to boil. Add the flour to the pan and stir quickly until the dough comes off the pan. Then pass this dough to a mixer and add the 3 eggs, one by one, beat until the dough is smooth.
- Put the dough in the pastry bag to make the Carolina balls. Bake in a greased shape at 180°C for 30 minutes. After baking. Make a hole or cut the balls in half and fill with dulce de leche. Melt the chocolates and cover the carolinas, one by one, let the chocolate dry before serving.
