- Cook the rice with just the water until it dries up.
- Add 1 liter of milk and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
- Place 1 cup of sugar in another pan and make the caramel.
- Add to rice and cook for another 5 minutes to thicken.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder to finish.
