  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Sugar for the syrup1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Pineapple1 to taste
  1. First make a syrup, melt the sugar, and add the water, let it dissolve until it becomes more liquid. Reserve!
  2. Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk well in the blender.
  3. Now add the wheat flour, beat a little more, add the yeast.
  4. Pour over the syrup already with the pineapple and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, until golden and the toothpick comes out clean.
