- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Sugar for the syrup1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Pineapple1 to taste
- First make a syrup, melt the sugar, and add the water, let it dissolve until it becomes more liquid. Reserve!
- Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk well in the blender.
- Now add the wheat flour, beat a little more, add the yeast.
- Pour over the syrup already with the pineapple and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, until golden and the toothpick comes out clean.
