- White wine1 l
- Cinnamon to taste
- Clove to taste
- In a pan add the white wine (reserve a pork of the wine for the caramel), sugar, cinnamon and cloves. And add the peeled pears
- Bring to a boil and cook until the pear is soft. Stick with a toothpick until you feel that the toothpick goes to the middle without difficulty.
- While the pear cooks, take another pan and make the caramel, adding the sugar, and as soon as it browns, add the wine and cinnamon.
- After the pear is well cooked and your Carmelo is ready, all you have to do is assemble your plate and enjoy. Enjoy your food
- Tip: It goes very well with cream ice cream.
