  • White wine1 l
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Clove to taste
  1. In a pan add the white wine (reserve a pork of the wine for the caramel), sugar, cinnamon and cloves. And add the peeled pears
  2. Bring to a boil and cook until the pear is soft. Stick with a toothpick until you feel that the toothpick goes to the middle without difficulty.
  3. While the pear cooks, take another pan and make the caramel, adding the sugar, and as soon as it browns, add the wine and cinnamon.
  4. After the pear is well cooked and your Carmelo is ready, all you have to do is assemble your plate and enjoy. Enjoy your food
  5. Tip: It goes very well with cream ice cream.
