- Cinnamon to taste
- ice cream to taste
- Cut the bananas in half from the felt to the length.
- In the skillet, put the butter, let it melt and add the sugar. When the sugar is caramelized, add the banana and leave for 1 minute, don't leave it too long so the banana doesn't melt.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serve immediately with ice cream to taste.
