  • Sugar200 g
  • Wheat flour100 g
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Water75 ml
  • Oil for frying to taste
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  1. Add the flour, cornstarch, egg and water.
  2. Mix until you obtain a creamy and very homogeneous liquid mass, if necessary, add a little water.
  3. Cut the bananas into equal pieces.
  4. Dip the bananas in the batter and fry until golden.
  5. Melt the sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn.
  6. As soon as it starts to bubble, remove from the heat and dip the bananas in the caramel.
  7. Optional. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the bananas.
