  • 1 Heavy cream250 g
  • 1 condensed milk349 g
  • 1 liter of milk1 l
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch300 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla10 mg
  • One cup of sugar300 g
  • 100 ml of water100 ml
  • 6 bananas400 g
  1. In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the Heavy cream, the cornstarch, mix well and add the milk, heat until smooth
  2. Syrup: in a pan, add the sugar when it melts a little, add the water and stir until the sugar is diluted, add the banana cut into slices
  3. Stir well until the banana is caramelized, then turn it off.
  4. Take the white cream that stayed in the fridge, and put the syrup on top, and just serve 😋
