- Sugar1 cup
- Bananas4 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Milk200 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
- Put the sugar in a pan and stir until it turns into a caramel, then add the mashed bananas, stir for 3 minutes and set aside.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk. In a pan add the condensed milk, the vanilla cream and the milk mixed with the starch. Mix over medium heat until it thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan.
- Place the cream on a platter and leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then pour the banana jam on top and take it to the fridge for a few more minutes and it's ready.
