Caramelized banana jam with vanilla cream

  • Bananas4 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Milk200 ml
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
  1. Put the sugar in a pan and stir until it turns into a caramel, then add the mashed bananas, stir for 3 minutes and set aside.
  2. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk. In a pan add the condensed milk, the vanilla cream and the milk mixed with the starch. Mix over medium heat until it thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place the cream on a platter and leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then pour the banana jam on top and take it to the fridge for a few more minutes and it's ready.
