  • White sugar300 g
  • Cinnamon stick to taste
  • Clove to taste
  • unsalted butter1 tablespoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Peel the bananas and leave whole.
  2. In a pan, melt the sugar until it forms a caramel.
  3. Mix cinnamon and cloves in water
  4. Add the water to the caramel and stir until smooth. Add the bananas and stir gently so as not to break them.
  5. Leave it on the fire for about 6 minutes and add the butter at the end.
  6. Serve hot, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
