  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 to taste
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, margarine, 1 and a half cups of sugar, 2 bananas, cinnamon in a blender. After smoothing, take it to a bowl with 2 cups of wheat flour and mix by hand (I put 2 chopped bananas) then add a spoon of baking powder and set aside.
  2. For the caramel Bring to the fire (I made it directly in the mold) half a cup of sugar until golden, turn off the fire and add the rest of the bananas over the syrup.
  3. Then place the dough and bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes (time varies depending on the oven)
