- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Bananas7 unit(s)
- Sugar for syrup3/4 cup
- Hot water1/2 cup
- In a pan, add the sugar and mix until it melts.
- Pour in the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup and reserve.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender.
- Add the wheat flour little by little and keep beating until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Lastly add the yeast and beat at the minimum speed of the blender.
- Unite a medium form with margarine and flour.
- Pour in the caramel and sliced bananas.
- Light to bake in medium oven 180ºC, preheated for approximately 30 minutes.
