- Cinnamon to taste
- Take a cup of sugar and heat until it melts and caramelizes, like pudding syrup. Pour over the cake form and place 3 sliced bananas as in the photo
- In the blender, beat the other banana with the rest of the ingredients except the flour. After beating, transfer to a bowl and with the help of a fuet add the flour and baking powder, mix well
- Carefully pour the batter into the pan over the bananas and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Unmold while still hot so the caramel comes off easily.
