Caramelised banana cake

Numa tigela acrescente o açúcar ,o trigo ,a aveia e a canela .

In a bowl add the sugar, wheat, oats and cinnamon.

No liquidificador bata os ovos ,a margarina e o leite ,bata por cerca de 3min.

In the blender, beat the eggs, margarine and milk, beat for about 3 min.

Em seguida acrescente a mistura do liquidificador,aos ingredientes da tigela ,misture bem ,e finalize adicionando as bananas amassadas e o fermento em pó .

Then add the blender mixture to the ingredients in the bowl, mix well, and finish by adding the mashed bananas and baking powder.

Agora é de preparar o caramelo ,numa forma de 19cm de diâmetro,acrescente o açúcar ,leve ao fogo e derreta bem ,até obter um caramelo . Feito isso ,acrescente as banana em tiaras ou rodelas ,como na foto. Após espalhar toda banana no caramelo ,acrescente a massa . Leve seu bolo ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° ,por aproximadamente 40min,faça o teste do palito antes de retirar.

Now it's time to prepare the caramel, in a 19cm diameter mold, add the sugar, bring to a boil and melt well, until you get a caramel. That done, add the bananas in tiaras or slices, as in the photo. After spreading all the banana in the caramel, add the dough. Take your cake to the oven preheated to 180°, for approximately 40 min, do the toothpick test before removing.

Desinforme ,o bolo ainda morno ,para que assim todo caramelo solte ,e você tenha um resultado bonito aos olhos. Por fim , é só se deliciar com essa gostosura .
