  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Banana5 cup
  1. First start making the syrup. In a mold, melt the sugar until it turns into a caramel, add the water and stir until it melts, add the chopped banana over the caramel.
  2. Beat the eggs with the margarine and sugar until it forms a cream, then add the milk and wheat and beat again until a homogeneous mass is formed, add the yeast and stir gently.
  3. Add the dough with the caramel and bake at 180°C
