- 1/2 cup granulated sugar80 g
- 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine25 g
- 2 boxes of sour cream400 g
- Milk1 l
- 1 box of condensed milk395 g
- 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy10 g
- 3 tablespoons of powdered milk45 g
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar5 g
- Put the sugar in a pan and heat until it melts and turns into a caramel. Add the butter or margarine, 1 box of heavy cream and stir until it boils and thickens. Reserve.
- In the blender place the milk, condensed milk, 1 box of cream, powdered milk, neutral alloy, vanilla sugar and beat very well for 1 minute.
- Take 80ml cups and with a spatula spread some of the caramel on the edges and bottom, add the liquid from the blender, repeat the process with all the cups and take it to the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove the popsicles from the freezer (they won't be completely frozen yet), insert a toothpick into the center of each cup and return to the freezer until completely frozen.
- Remove from the freezer, unmold by tearing the cup and serve.
