1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

2 boxes of sour cream

1 box of condensed milk

1 tablespoon of neutral alloy

3 tablespoons of powdered milk

Caramel popsicle in the cup

Em uma panela coloque o açúcar e leve ao fogo até derreter e virar um caramelo. Acrescente a manteiga ou margarina, 1 caixa de creme de leite e mexa até ferver e engrossar. Reserve.

Put the sugar in a pan and heat until it melts and turns into a caramel. Add the butter or margarine, 1 box of heavy cream and stir until it boils and thickens. Reserve.

No liquidificador coloque o leite, o leite condensado, 1 caixa de creme de leite, o leite em pó, a liga neutra, o açúcar de baunilha e bata muito bem por 1 minuto.

In the blender place the milk, condensed milk, 1 box of cream, powdered milk, neutral alloy, vanilla sugar and beat very well for 1 minute.

Pegue copos de 80ml e com uma espátula espalhe um pouco do caramelo nas bordas e no fundo, adicione o líquido do liquidificador, repita o processo com todos os copinhos e leve ao freezer por 2 horas.

Take 80ml cups and with a spatula spread some of the caramel on the edges and bottom, add the liquid from the blender, repeat the process with all the cups and take it to the freezer for 2 hours.

Retire os picolés do freezer (eles ainda não estarão completamente congelados), enfie um palito no centro de cada copinho e leve novamente ao freezer até congelar completamente.

Remove the popsicles from the freezer (they won't be completely frozen yet), insert a toothpick into the center of each cup and return to the freezer until completely frozen.

Retire do freezer, desenforme rasgando o copinho e sirva-se.

Remove from the freezer, unmold by tearing the cup and serve.
