- Aminna flour1.1/2 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Psyllium flakes1 teaspoon
- Xanthan Gum1/2 teaspoon
- plant milk1 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- In a container place all the dry ingredients and then mix the liquids and start mixing well.
- Then take the dough to the silicone muffin molds at 180°C. When golden, just remove and serve after cooling.
