- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Fresh cream250 ml
- Corn Glucose180 ml
- In a pan, mix all the ingredients except the butter.
- Stir until it boils, thickens and comes away from the bottom.
- Add butter and stir until melted
- Put the "dough" in a greased form and let it cool
- cut into squares
