  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • karo corn glucose200 ml
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • butter100 g
  1. Sift the sugar and brown sugar, mix with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, mix very well.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat, bring these ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. The container must be large and tall, because when boiling, it doubles in volume.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Place in a refractory or greased shape with butter, let it cool to the finger point, remove from the shape and cut the caramels into 2cm by 2cm squares with a knife.
  6. Finally, wrap in cellophane.
