  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Mashed bananas4 unit(s)
  • Sugar3/4 cup
  • Hot water1/2 cup
  • Bananas4 unit(s)
  1. Put the sugar and hot water in a pan. Let it melt and place in a greased pan. Set aside.
  2. Then put the sugar, eggs and liquid ingredients in the blender. Start beating and slowly add the flour.
  3. The dough should be smooth and homogeneous. When this happens, add the mashed banana and the yeast. Stir slowly. Reserve.
  4. Take the form greased with caramel. Cut the banana into slices and place over the caramel.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if the cake is baked.
  6. Unmold before cooling completely and serve.
