- Put the sugar and hot water in a pan. Let it melt and place in a greased pan. Set aside.
- Then put the sugar, eggs and liquid ingredients in the blender. Start beating and slowly add the flour.
- The dough should be smooth and homogeneous. When this happens, add the mashed banana and the yeast. Stir slowly. Reserve.
- Take the form greased with caramel. Cut the banana into slices and place over the caramel.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if the cake is baked.
- Unmold before cooling completely and serve.
