- Sugar (1 and a half cups)1 cup
- Milk powder (1 and a half cups)1 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Chocolate powder (35% better)1 cup
- Instant coffee2 tablespoon
- Syrup / Sugar250 g
- Water225 ml
- Place everything in a blender and bake in a bain-marie. (Don't let the water from the bain-marie boil for your pudding to be smooth).
- SYRUP Put everything in the pan and let it boil until it comes to a boil. Note: I like to make about 3 syrup recipes to save for the next pudding.
