- Unflavored, colorless gelatin powder envelope5 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Soluble coffee dissolved in water1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Whipped cream to taste
- Start by diluting the gelatine envelope in 5 tablespoons of hot water. In a blender, add the condensed milk, the cream, the cocoa powder, the instant coffee dissolved in water, the cinnamon powder and the diluted gelatin.
- Hit it well. Support tilted cups in a cupcake shape. Fill the glasses halfway. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and fill the cups with whipped cream. Finish by sprinkling cocoa powder.
