  • unflavored gelatin powder envelope1 unit(s)
  • milk1/3 teaspoon
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • sour cream1 can(s)
  • chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • soluble coffee1 tablespoon
  • CALDA;0 l
  • melted dark chocolate170 g
  • honey2 tablespoon
  • ready made coffee1/3 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  2. Place over low heat to dissolve, without letting it boil.
  3. Blend the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and coffee in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour into a 22 cm diameter hole in the middle, moistened with water and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Run a knife along the side to loosen and unmold.
  6. For the syrup, mix the chocolate, honey and coffee. - Drizzle the flan and serve.
