Refined sugar1.5 cup
Instant coffee1 tablespoon
Wheat flour2 cup
Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1 cup
Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
Corn or sunflower oil1/2 cup
Hot water1 cup
Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Condensed milk395 g
unsalted butter1 tablespoon
Instant coffee1 teaspoon
60% cocoa chocolate50 g
Granulated Confectionery to taste

In a container, beat the eggs and sugar well, add the chocolate powder, wheat, coffee, cinnamon and oil, mix well.
Add the hot water and salt, stir well. Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
Transfer the dough to a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC to bake for 30 to 40 minutes (do the toothpick test).
Prepare the topping by making a soft brigadeiro with the condensed milk, the teaspoon of coffee, the 60% chocolate and the butter.
Cover the cake while it is still warm with the icing and when it cools down, add the sprinkles.
