- Soluble coffee1 teaspoon
- Sprinkles to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a pan and lead to low fire to cook stirring constantly.
- When the brigadeiros start to detach easily from the bottom of the pan, they are ready.
- Transfer to a greased plate and let cool. Then take to the fridge for at least 4 hours before curling up.
